About us
Hi, I am Shweta
Founder, The Core Questin
Harvard University, IIM Ahmedabad, LSR; BCG, TEA, XSEED
Welcome to The Core Questin. Our dream is to enable leaders, teams and organizations to find and live their full brilliance. To unleash leaders and workplaces that are thriving - truly alive, inspired, high-performing and human-centric.
Purpose and fulfillment have been consistent themes in my career. I left a coveted job at BCG to work in the education sector and pursue my passion for actualising human potential. These themes are now central to our work at The Core Questin.
Each of us at The Core Questin has deliberately crafted a life, and built organizations, where we have chosen to hold purpose central. And we have an unwavering belief that truly unlocking the potential of human beings and the systems they operate in, has the power to create magic - not just for individuals and organizations, but for the world at large. That is our quest.
Our experience in the C-suite, and as advisors to the C-suite, leading and scaling organizations and driving large-scale change, has taught us that building thriving leaders, teams and organizations is a journey. A journey that starts every day. A journey of self-discovery, of stretching & learning, failure & courage, and digging deep to fulfil our own potential and the potential of those we lead. And it's a journey that doesn't have to be walked alone. In fact, a journey-partner can add depth, beauty and adventure to the quest.
This quest for maximising potential led to The Core Questin being born- to support this journey for other leaders, with the belief that thriving leaders, and thriving workplaces, are in fact the key to a better world.
.

More about us
What we do
Put simply, we help organisations thrive. We coach leaders. We help unlock leadership teams for their true potential. And we catalyze growth and impact in companies through the key levers of purpose, strategy, and culture.
How we do it
We help deliver significant, systemic, sustainable impact, by helping leaders, teams and organisations change at various levels. Starting with the internal, we surface greater awareness at both individual and collective levels, which then influences the external, more visible parameters. Shifts at all of these four levels enable a vastly enhanced readiness and momentum for change and growth.
What we believe
We believe an inward quest is essential to connect with our own brilliance, and it lights up the path for a more fulfilled and successful life. This is true for our teams and organisations as well, to unlock the potential within. We believe that an inspired, engaged workforce, aligned to the purpose, culture and values of the organisation enables change readiness and growth in an increasing VUCA world.
Why us
Our deep commitment to helping you thrive is matched only by our passion. We're a group of very experienced leaders from our previous lives, and our proprietary tools reflect our experience, our knowledge and our values.
Who we work with
We work with CEOs, founders, and leaders from many different sectors. Our clients come from non-profits, MNCs, consulting firms and startups. We are category agnostic; each journey is unique based on an agenda set by you.
Where we work
Our current client list spans various cities in India, Asia Pacific, UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Technology enables us to deliver our services effectively across geographies. And with the world opening up, we would love to meet you where you are.
Who we work with
Since our inception we have worked with leaders, leadership teams and organisations across geographies. Our clients and their organisations cover an entire spectrum of life stages – from early start-ups to multinationals, non-government organisations, educational institutes and unicorns. We have serviced the needs of leaders from over 20 different industries.
Needless to say that our work is industry and geography agnostic and highly customisable.
Our mission: To help you thrive
More and more organisations are dealing with the challenges of growth, scale and the increasing complexity of business. And these are not just start-ups for whom this is an accelerated curve. They’re organisations in all shapes, sizes and life stages, dealing with changing landscapes and marketplaces.
And the new normal of market disruption, economic volatility and unpredictability doesn’t make life easier.
As organisations deal with increasingly more frequent cycles of change, and the need for continuous innovation (and even transformation), there is an emerging realisation that their legacy will probably be as ineffective a shield in the future as legacy solutions.
Product, technology, investment, strategy, distribution and brand – all remain important, even critical, but none are differentiating answers on their own any more. Then what is?
The only real competitive advantage companies have left is the ability to leverage people – their own workforce. And if that was always the number one job for leadership, it has now become the only real one.
Organisations that thrive are aligned on purpose, values and goals. Their resilience, change-readiness and agility come from an inspired, engaged workforce.
Leadership, purpose, strategy and culture all sit on the same axis.
That is the kind of organisations we want to help build. Thriving at every level, till it shows!
When you thrive, it shows!
